IT Coordinator (part-time)

The IT Coordinator will support the IT Manager in the development and management of agencyEA’s information technology infrastructure. This includes maintaining, tracking inventory, and documentation. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot support tickets ranging from end-user to network in a timely manner to mitigate any downtime. The IT coordinator will maintain communications across departments to ensure work efficiency, performance, and department needs are met. He or she will also assist with administrative tasks.


  • Manage, support, and, troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and related systems
  • Assist in configuring computers and network equipment
  • IT inventory management
  • Archiving and backing up data
  • Responds to incidents and requests within a ticketing system, providing resolution within a complex fast-paced business environment
  • Resolve support issues related to hardware, software, email, network access, etc.
  • Clearly document user calls, issue resolution, and related processes and procedures.New hire setup which includes working in various platforms to create new users, setting up new user in VOIP phone system, computers, and installing all relevant programs.Installing and configuring appropriate software and tools
  • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
  • Ensure security and privacy of network and computer systems.
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
  • Procedural documentation of network and inventory
  • Administrative tasks including tracking computer-related orders and bills, maintaining/upgrading software licenses, reporting, and filing


  • 1 to 2 years of experience

Strong understanding of the following platforms and tools:

  • GSuite
  • Mac/Windows OS
  • Microsoft Office
  • Network Equipment (Firewall, Switches, Printers, etc)
  • Cisco Meraki
  • Cloud Storage
    • Egnyte, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box
  • Various Video Conferencing Platforms
    • Google Hangouts/Meets, BlueJeans, Zoom, WebEx
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strategic and creative thinker
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must enjoy working and collaborating with teams
  • Agency experience is preferred, but not mandatory
